Delivery / Returns


We aim to dispatch all orders that are placed Monday to Friday within 24hrs however please allow extra delivery time for weekends and public holidays.  Shipping rates are calculated as per below in NZD.

New Zealand
$4.90 flat rate
All New Zealand shipments are made through Aramex and generally take 1-2 working days. Rural Delivery may take longer. No PO Boxes please. Use your supplied tracking number any time to see your progress.

All deliveries within New Zealand are sent via Aramex and generally take 4-7 working days for delivery. 

America, EU Europe and United Kingdom

All deliveries to the above countries are shipped via and generally takes 4 - 10 days for delivery.  Use your supplied tracking number to see your parcels progress.

Please note that international delivery times may also vary due to custom delays and you may be responsible for import duties and other custom fees for your package.  We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they maybe as they vary from country to country.  You may want to contact your local customs office before you make an order.

At this time we are unable to ship to PO boxes.

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, return the item in its original condition within 14 days for a full store credit, less shipping costs.  Daily Runway is not responsible for returns or exchange postage fees and original shipping charges are non refundable.  Products must be returned in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered and with tags).

Credit notes will be valid 4 months from the date of allocation and can be used on full-price items only. Not to be used in conjunction with any discounted rates or store specials.

Please Choose carefully as we do not refund if you change your mind or order incorrectly. This includes incorrect sizing, cut or colour choices. If the goods are faulty we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act.

Please remember we do not exchange, refund or return Sale/Discounted items

Please note that all goods will be inspected on return and any item in unsuitable condition will be returned to you.

Daily Runway cannot be held responsible for reimbursement or compensation for lost return packages sent to us, without proof of delivery. We highly recommend you track and insure your return package.


  • Send an e-mail to alerting us of your intention to return.
  • Upon receiving this email we will provide you with a return address.
  • Ship your package to the provided address using a traceable, insured shipping method. Daily Runway cannot accept responsibility for packages we do not ship. Please keep the tracking details for your own records.
  • You will receive an email once your return has been received and processed. Please allow 5 business days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed.

Please Note: Packages received at Daily Runway after the 14-day window will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
